Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit, if merchandise has never been used or installed, as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it. Merchandise can also be exchanged if it has been found to be defective, as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you received your merchandise. For any return to be valid, buyer must contact us first to request an RMA#. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
Exchanges
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund as long as:
Any returned merchandise that does not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund is subject to a Return Fee charge. A Return Fee will be charged on all merchandise that has an opened package, is used or missing the packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.
The Return Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Return Fee. The amount of the Return Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that is damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.
Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determine that to be appropriate.
